A little about me

Hello allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Rosemary Ames I am the artist behind Growdear. I am a wife a stay at home mama of five wildly crazy kiddos who realized I was so much more than just that. I dreamt I would one day paint like a pro and year later Growdear was born. I wanted to do the things that brought me joy and that has always been creating. Without training, no college education, a ton of doubt with a sprinkle of anxiety I did it. I did not want to sit back and tell my kids they can do anything I wanted to show them their perfectly imperfect mother will do the scary, uncomfortable, I will train watching YouTube tutorials and I will Growdear!

Growdear is so much more than just original hand-made art.  Growdear is a reminder that no matter where you are in life, no matter your age, dream bigger, go after the scary goals that set your soul on fire. The world needs sprinkles of your beauty only you can give it.
